Learn more about the upcoming four-year reconstruction project on Hwy 65 between 97th Ave. and 125th Ave./Main St. in Blaine. Project staff will be available to explain the project and answer questions about community and traffic impacts, overall design and the proposed construction schedule. Four-dimensional computer modeling will be used to illustrate the future highway look and layout.
