- Westbound Wayzata Blvd. (south side of I-394) is closed between Louisiana Ave. and Zarthan Ave.
Lane closures

- Expect intermittent lane closures on I-394 in both directions between Pennsylvania Ave. and Dakota Ave.

- The following ramps are closed:
- Eastbound I-394 to Xenia Ave./Park Place Blvd.
- Louisiana Ave. to eastbound I-394

- Westbound I-394 will be reduced to two lanes between Xenia Ave./Park Place Blvd. and Louisiana Ave.

- Eastbound I-394 will be reduced to one lanes between Louisiana Ave. and Xenia Ave./Park Place Blvd.
About this project
We are working at the I-394/Louisiana Ave. interchange to reduce congestion and improve traffic flow on eastbound I-394.
Summary of work
- Extend the acceleration/deceleration lane on eastbound I-394 from the Louisiana Ave. exit ramp to the on ramp from Louisiana Ave.
- Add a new acceleration/deceleration lane on eastbound I-394 between Louisiana Ave. to Xenia Ave. South/Park Place Blvd.
- Remove free right turn lanes from northbound Louisiana Ave. to eastbound I-394 and southbound Louisiana Ave. to westbound I-394
- Replace the signal systems on the north and south sides near the ramps to/from I-394 and Louisiana Ave.
- Realign the retaining wall along the ramp from Louisiana Ave. to eastbound I-394
- Replace sidewalk along the ramp from eastbound I-394 and Louisiana Ave. and add accessible curb ramps for pedestrians at the interchange
